In today’s rapidly changing society, it is more important than ever to shape informed, responsible, and proactive young individuals who can take on leadership roles in both professional and public life. In addition to university education, hands-on experience and intensive development programs play a vital role in building skills, enhancing communication abilities, and fostering a culture of dialogue.
The “Nor Nakhijevan” Humanitarian Fund launches the “WE” Leadership School, aimed at expanding experience, unlocking potential, and promoting civic engagement among young people aged 18–25. The program is open to promising youth from Armenia and the Diaspora, with a focus on journalism and civic involvement.
Theoretical and practical courses in public communication, journalism, and social sciences.

Who can apply?
Young people aged 18–25 from Armenia and the Diaspora who complete the online application form by September 10 of the current year.
Selection
Applicants are selected after the review of their online applications. Notification is provided either in writing or verbally.
Structure
The program begins with a seven-day intensive seminar (September 15–21, Yerevan, every day from 15:30 to 18:30), including:
theoretical lectures
practical discussions
After the seminar, participants complete a three-day practicum at an Armenian online media outlet. Top-performing participants may receive the opportunity for a paid internship, supported by the Foundation.
Lecturers
The teaching team includes experienced professionals from journalism, social sciences, and communication fields.
